"Nice packaging, no extra hassle"
My package from Legacytouch showed up in good shape and looked like it had been packed with some care. Nothing super fancy, just clean, neat, and protected inside, which I appreciated because I’m kind of tired of having to chase companies over little shipping issues. The outside box did have a small dent, so I’m giving 4 stars, but the item itself was totally fine...

"Looks nice, but I felt a bit like a ticket number"
It looks good at first and held up okay overall, but it started scratching quickly. I also didn’t really get much of a personal feel from the whole experience, kind of like I was just another ticket number. Not terrible, just not as sturdy as I was hoping.

"Really happy with it for the price"
I felt like the price was fair for what I received. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but the keepsake turned out really nice, and I’m happy with how it came out. Overall, it felt worth the money.

"Personalization turned out really nice"
I was a little nervous the engraving might not come out exactly right, but it ended up matching what I entered perfectly. The name and dates looked good, and the fingerprint detail was better than I expected. There’s just something about it that makes it feel really personal. I’m really happy with it.

"A keepsake I’ll always treasure"
I ordered a charm with my dad’s fingerprint on it, i started crying the moment I opened the box. It’s such a small thing, but being able to hold onto a little piece of him like that means more to me than I can really explain.
